Tonight everyone enjoyed Mozzarella Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Stilton Tarts with Cranberry Chutney, Smoked Trout on Cucumber Rounds and a food demonstration where the chef made Braised Pork Carnitas. The evening ended with homemade Toasted Sesame Ice Cream.

This was an incredible night. I arrived a few minutes late, but I was quickly caught up and everything from the food, the atmosphere and the floral arrangements was beautiful. I can see why this is such a big hit for weddings, grad parties and special corporate events.
Sorry I missed this tastecasting! Heard it was wonderful and everything sure looks great in the pictures.
